Carved bone (?) tribal necklace flowers 19” approx

This tribal necklace has 5 clusters of flowers set onto a 19” (almost) long necklace. It has a screw barrel clasp. It’s got age related patina and light wear but not damage and apart from the very slightly lose thread, everything is tight and intact. I’m not sure which country it came from but I’ve put tribal so please let me know if I am wrong. Thanks.
