Super family-size tent in excellent condition, used yet very well loved and well cared for.
Originally bought because the outer tent is erected before the inner .. meaning even if its raining when you get to your site, the tent interior stays snug and dry!
Zip-in Ground Sheet rests on Outwell Bearlake footprint sheet, keeping ground sheet clean.
As per pic, tent has 2 sides doors with roll-down curtains/fly screen.
Sleep compartment to rear forms 2 x double size sleeping areas (4 adults total)
The front porch seen in pics provides some extra protection from the weather.
All tent pegs and original storage bags are present for everything
Note that in addition to the main tent and porch, this tent comes with the add-on BearLake Extension that has its own groundsheet, massively increasing use and convenience of the tent (we use
this space for the dining/seating/"reception" area where boots and waterproofs can be kept so the main tent interior can be a bit more private and quiet when needed.
The Extension unit you can either leave on or off, depending on your space needs on the day. Additional photos can be supplied of the Extension if needed ( The Extension has 2 large windows each side of the tunnel, and walk-in entrance)

2 x inflatable double camping mattresses, vgc
1 x spare blue 907 campingaz bottle (empty, ready for refilling)
1 x 2-hob stove top; may be some other bits and bobs too that are useful if you're first timing camping) - used but very useable
