I have for sale an 18' Black Country Saddle GP complete with black stirrup leathers and irons. This saddle is sadly for sale as l lost my horse last year, and l have no intention of getting another. This saddle was used on a 16.3.h.h full Irish Draught with big shoulders so has a wide fitting of 10 1/2 and was only used for hacking. Sadly it doesn't fit my wife's horse.
This saddle is in good second hand condition and was kept in its carrying saddle bag when not in use in our tack-room which can also go with the saddle if so wished. It has a small rub mark on the cantle which was caused by myself when l caught it on the stable door. Hopefully l have made sure you can clearly see it. I have taken as many photos as l can to show the condition of my saddle.
Always kept clean after use and stored in it's cover. I had this saddle micro chipped so have the paper work, which will need to be transferred after its sale. It's the best saddle l have ridden in, nice and deep with both knee and thigh rolls. Might need to be checked for re-stuffing as hasn't been checked since 2018. If anymore pictures are needed l am happy to do more. Can be posted, which l believe is around £25.00 to £28.00.
I brought this saddle brand new for my horse in 2001 and it has never been used on any other horse. It has the saddle maker and number 5669 on the near side saddle flap. Open to offers.
