Preview of the first image of 2016 £2 Coin. EDGE INSCRIPTION ERROR. SHAKESPEARE TRAGEDIES.

Advert Description

I have put the price up because they are selling at auction now for £110 + 14% fees and postage so, around £140, in used condition.
£2 William Shakespeare Tragedies.
RIM/EDGE HAS 2016 £2 COIN WAR INSCRIPTION ON IT 'FOR KING AND COUNTRY' AND NOT THE SHAKESPEAR QUOTE. 'WHAT A PIECE OF WORK IS A MAN. A ROYAL MINT ERROR.
NOTE ALSO THE WRITING IS UPSIDE DOWN ON THE EDGE.
The letter from the Royal Mint has my address on it hence the cover and the two black marks are on the plastic cover and not the letter so people do not copy it and use it for themselves, the mint charged £20 to authenticate this coin so, the letter comes with the coin, the coin is all but uncirculated, it has bag marks but has not seen much in the way of being used, there are not many of these out there and it seems they were released in the north of England, the mint letter confirms it as a rare mint error.

Any questions feel free to ask, postage is £2.50 signed for.
