Cut and Complete
Misses Dress: Loose-fitting, straight dress, below mid-calf, has blouson bodice with pleats, shoulder pads, self-lined yokes, backbutton closing, pleated skirt with back concealed slit, and cap or long sleeves pushed-up. All hems are stitched.
Suggested fabrics: Lt. wt. Linen, Silk-like Broadcloth, Chambray, Lt. wt. Crepes and Lt. wt. Wool Crepe. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals.
Sizing: Bust 36 / 92cm; Waist 28 / 71cm; Hip 38 / 97cm
Finished back length: 46 1/4/118cm
Finished lower edge: 49/124cm
Fabric requirements with OR without nap:
A: 45/115cm - 3 7/8 yd / 3.6 m; 60/150cm - 3 1/8 yd / 2.9 m
B: 45/115cm - 4 1/23/8d / 4 m; 60/150cm - 3 1/4 yd / 3 m
Dress requires: Seven 3/4 (20mm) Buttons, Snaps, Hooks and Eyes and Seam Binding.
The pattern envelope is storage worn and 2 1/2 inch tears each side of the top flap opening. The pattern version A has been cut and all tissue pieces are complete, the uncut sleeve pattern piece is also complete and the 2 sheet English and French instruction leaflets are enclosed.
