With a family-sized 73-litre capacity, the Kitchenaid KOHSS60601 built-in single oven offers a convection and a fan oven together with a grill function. In all it has 12 cooking modes and an A+ energy efficiency rating.
Precise heat
Electronic controls operate an oven and grill designed to provide good air circulation and to deliver even heat distribution. Cooking modes extend beyond roasting, baking and grilling to exploit the potential of multifunctional cooking.
Combi cooking
For instance, the oven makes it possible to turbo grill large joints of meat on a rack with the drip tray positioned beneath, to collect the cooking juices from the meat. Another operating mode is convection bake for cooking meat, pies and stuffed vegetables, which sets the correct heating temperature and supplements the heat with intermittent and gentle ventilation, to prevent the food from drying-out.
Complete control
It is equipped with a special temperature probe connected to the oven display so you can check the temperature inside the food during cooking. You can programme the oven to switch off automatically when the temperature inside the cooking food reaches a preset level so you can be sure it’s perfectly cooked.
Convenience
The oven offers a range of special functions including defrost, keep warm, bread and pizza-making, yogurt-making, rising dough, slow-cooking meat, slow-cooking fish and eco forced air. It incorporates a child safety lock and a soft-closing door. It has two shelves that can be easily moved between five different height options.
