Advert Description

This is a large sculpture by David Winter. A special limited edition 463/3000 to commemorate the 15th Anniversary of DW cottages. Released in 1994 and then retired the same year. It was in a display cabinet for two months then packed away. Complete with numbered certificate of authenticity.
Made in Gt. Britain at the Studio & Workshop of John Hine Ltd.
A £500 cottage at launch.
David Winter is the son of sculptor Faith Winter FRBS. He is the original miniature cottage artist with many imitators to follow.
Size is approximately at base 220mm wide, 193 deep and 310 in height. Weight is 6.6kg without packaging.
Original dark green box has light scuff marks to some corners. Collection would be the safest method.
What mouse/owl? -Quindene Manor - Front left cobblestone, left front step (2) and on bottom windowsill. Right on front wall below bay window, on shingle roof, right middle stone capping and on chimney base. Back, on lawn by basement window, on left little windowsill and on right bench.
Winter Arch.
1994 David Winter 15th year Appearance piece at special events. Sculptured to fit at the front of Quindene Manor. It adds 38mm to the total depth of both. Has not been on display. Complete with certificate of authenticity. Made in Gt. Britain at the Studio & Workshop of John Hine Ltd.
This piece is added to the Manor purchase, for free. Have seen it for £38 recently. on a well-known auction site.
What owl? – At back in ivy, just above ball in wall.
We are unsure if we have the 15th anniversary bronze effect medallion /red ribbon packed away, if we have it, we will add this in as well., whether at purchase or post it on.
We have quite a large collection with many miscellaneous items, a few unusual. Reduced.
