Stamps for each U.S.A. State in a nice red 2 binder clipped album. Album is in minimum Very Good condition, Franked Stamped pictorial envelopes are all in Mint condition and kept so in thick heavy duty PVC sleeves, with 2 envelopes per page. Also includes a duplicate franked stamped envelope for New Jersey.
Binder and sample of typical envelope front/rear attached.
