WE ARE RELEASING A FEW MORE EXCELLENT QUALITY YOUNG FEMALES BORN 2022 THAT ARE ALMOST A YEAR OLD. the vast majority being from our 3 Champion herd sires males, INCLUDING OUR 2 CHAMPION GREY MALES AND BLACK MULTICHAMPION but that doesn't mean we charge the earth for them!
They will be BAS registered before leaving our farm. These lovely females will be registered as breeding females that will be ready to be mated next Springtime. WE OFFER FUTURE HALF PRICE MATINGS TO OUR STUNNING QUALITY MALES- A SELECTION OF GREYS, FAWNS, BLACKS, BROWN, MULTI COLOURED AND APPALOOSA which can be arranged at your own premises or visits to a designated safe area on our farm.
Our female yearlings vary in price depending on colour, pattern, conformation, fleece quality and genetics. We have packages to suit most budgets.
We have a fantastic range of colours and breed mainly for colour- blacks, browns, fawns, beige and greys, also alpacas with "different markings" which are always very popular. Our bloodlines need no introduction and are primarily Bozedown, Inca and Houghton and Blackberry- the very best genetics along with a very wide gene pool!
All our alpacas will be transferred to their new owners by British Alpaca Society and will be microchipped, ear tagged (or tags handed over), fully vaccinated and up to date with vitamins, minerals and other husbandry tasks. The weanlings will leave with health records and a comprehensive guide to alpaca care.
Every purchaser is offered a free 'hands on' husbandry course at our farm or at the time of delivery which includes, body condition scoring, famacha scoring, toenail clipping, administering drenches etc. We also give advice on diet, paddock management and worming/ faecal testing.
We are at the end of the phone and offer our total support. Alpacas are relatively easy to look after but they do need to be cared for and monitored.
We can give advice on starter herds and invite purchasers to visit our farm to see what we have to offer. Alpacas, being herd animals, should ideally be kept with 2 other alpacas as companions and never on their own.
We are at the start of the 2023 birthing season and will soon have available females with their young,
females that will be due a cria next year, herd sires and companion alpacas. Delivery is available for cost of fuel.
