Wanted.Land with property to rent.

Bungalow, Cottage etc., wanted with grazing land to rent,
any rural area considered from Shropshire to Scotland.
land is for horses, minimum 4 acres but could take on more.

Property....We are a mature, responsible couple, as long as the structure is good we are not bothered about decor or small jobs that needs reticfying in or outside the property as we look after all the Decor and DIY.

Land....We have our own machines to Top the field, de weed etc.,
All fences would be taken care of and we can erect our own shelters if needed.

It would be for long term loan, rent is paid on time and no work would be asked of the landlord.
