Howard '81 Charles Howard (1922 - 2007) arrived in Penzance in 1973 where he became a member of the Newlyn Society of Artists and the Penrith Society of Artists. Charles Howard won many prestigious awards with his paintings mainly in oil and watercolour.
His gentle touch is much admired and sought after. This watercolour is framed and glazed size 66 x 78. Signed Howard 81 to the left hand side if the painting. . £950 secures..
