Electrolux RM 4263 fridge freezer

This is the original fridge freezer from my 1996 motorhome. All three power sources work well but still doesn't get cold so I can only conclude that it must be the gassing side. It has a new freezer door & a spare set of new hinges,
a new thermal coupling & a spare unused 240v heater probe.. willing to break if I do not get decent
