Alloy pannier rack with reflector - shown on a 26inch wheeled bike. Made by Pletscher Switzerland. Top flat area ~ 11 inch by 5 & 1/2 inch Model 7 possibly. Pivot point to bottom of side legs ~14 & 1/4 inch.

Picture shows this on a bike with a wire basket frame on top. These are not included in this sale.
