A pair of Antique/Vintage Parrots Beak Garden Secateurs, Cutters or Pruners. I believe they're more likely to be old vintage pair rather than antique.

In expected used working condition for an item of this age & use. It looks like someone has fitted a new screw with two nuts, but they still function fine & cut well.

The makers name looks like "DB Reynolds Ltd Sheffield".

There's a safety wire latch to allow them to be stored safe & in the closed position.

Approx 8" long in total length.
