Antique/Vintage Pair Of Parrots Beak Secateurs

These are a nice pair of Antique or Vintage pair of Parrots Beak Garden Secateurs, Cutters or Pruners. I believe they are more likely to be Antique.

In expected used working condition for an item of this age & use. They cut but I suspect would further benefit from a sharpening. They have a good level of tension on them. 

They are stamped with "1426". Please do your own research.

There's a safety wire latch to allow them to be stored safe & in the closed position.

Quite small at approx just over
7 3/4" long in total length.
