Vintage 1950s mini clothes brush in leather case.
Clothes brush: varnished wooden handle, natural bristles. Embossed MADE IN ENGLAND on one side, PURE BRISTLE on the other side. Varnish slightly cracked, could easily be sanded down & re-varnished to bring it back to top condition.
Case: tan leather, with gold embossed initial B on the fastening tag. Also embossed PROV PATENT 28519 on the tag (in use this is hidden by the strap holding the tag on) & MADE IN ENGLAND on the back. Has been cleaned and polished.
Measurements: brush 5 3/4in x 2in x 3/8in / 14.5cm x 5cm x 1cm; case 6in x 2 1/2in / 15.3cm x 6.3cm.
As this is a vintage item, it does show signs of use.
