Approx. 30 cm high x 23 cm wide.
Some black and white pages have a slight yellow tinge.
Overall excellent condition.

Typed Internal Programme For The Evening At County Hall: on four sides of paper.
Approx. 21 cm high x 29.5 cm wide. The top left hand corner has some creasing and small tears.
There is a fold crease down the middle. Condition overall is very good.

Service Circular (No. 144):
On two single sided sheets of paper issued on 10 May 1977 to brief all employees of the Greater London Council and the Inner London Education Authority.
Approx. 33 cm high x 21.5 cm wide.
There is a fold crease down the middle.
The staple in the top left hand corner has caused a small rust mark on the bottom left hand corner of the front page. Very good condition for its age.

Typed Notes Of The Final Meeting Of The Working Party Arranging The Evening:
These fascinating minutes are on six sides of paper and dated 4 May 1977.
Approx. 29.5 cm high x 21 cm wide.
This document is in excellent condition. There is a fold crease across the middle and a small crease parallel with the staple in the top left hand corner.

Two Colour Photographs: Taken for internal use.

One depicts the royal party with dignitaries – including the Chairman Of The Greater London Council Mr. Bains and, on the Queen’s right, the Leader of the Council Mr. Cutler.
Approx. 12.5 cm high x 18 cm wide.

The other depicts Mrs. Grieves (Deputy Chairman) being presented and Mr. Bolton (Vice Chairman) with the Duke Of Edinburgh.
Approx. 17.5 cm high x 12.5 cm wide.

The colour has faded slightly and they both have a light brown tinge.
