Large Circular Victorian Regal Pottery Serving Dish. White With Blue Line And Gilded Decoration.

This pretty Victorian pottery piece would look lovely in either a traditional or modern environment given its clean classic lines and timeless white glaze with a gilded deep blue band and minimalist gilding on its handle.

Although this piece is useable for its original purpose it could be used purely as a decorative item – or even be planted up with bulbs and displayed anywhere around the home.

The marks on the underside of this dish show that it was made by the Regal Pottery Company Cobridge Stoke On Trent, England.

As is common with such pottery, the surface of the dish has a few small imperfections on it.

The dish is in very good used condition for its age, with no chips or cracks or repairs.
The gilding is rubbed in places – commensurate with its age and use.

The diameter of the top of the dish is approximately 22 cm.
Each of the two side handles protrude by approximately 3 cm.
