A Vintage signed Watercolour Landscape. The signature looks like N J Eveleigh Jan 1987.
I don't know anything about the artist, but the scene looks like it might be Yorkshire.

In expected used condition for an item of this age & nature. The glass is very dirty, there's even debris on the inside, so it would benefit from pulling apart & cleaning properly. It would further benefit from reframing as the frames not very good & it hasn't been mounted very well. However it's a very nice painting.
There's some very minimal, minor foxing, that you'd have to stand close to even notice.
I can't guarantee the glass would survive posting, as it's so large so it would be at your own risk. It would however be packed well.
Approx 27 1/2" x 21" to the outer measurements of the frame.
