An Unusual Antique Art Deco Penguin Birds Head Walking Stick.
The birds eyes are made from Mother of Pearl. The Sticks Silver band is also silver but is not hallmarked.
The Stag Antler handle fits well in the hand & is very tactile.
The shaft is made from hardwood. It's smooth & tactile to the touch & not a modern reproduction.
In expected used condition for an item of this age & nature. There is some wear, where the stick comes into contact with the ground. There's some tiny expected knocks on the silver & a slight historical shrinkage bend in the wood, but it's still solid & fit for purpose, as well as a great Collectors item.
A usable 33" in length.
