We are selling our lovely holiday caravan, sited at parkdean holiday resort skipsea sands on the East Yorkshire coast.

Five minutes walk to the site entertainment , amusement and

There is a private gated access to the fields and cliff top for this caravan only . and a steel storage locker. To offset the running costs we let this van when we are not using it and it is being sold with ( as of 8/5/24 £3000 worth of bookings with vetted clients , plus contact details of our exceptional cleaner / laundry lady .
