Advert Description
Please feel free to make an offer.
A Long Garden Dibber, which has been upcycled from a vintage "Flying Swallow" fork or spade handle.
The handle is metal & has historically been painted quite crudely in red. The hardwood looks like with Oak or Ash.
As it's long, it helps to reduce the bending from a conventional dibber.
In expected used Condition for an item of this age & nature. There is a shrinkage bend in the hardwood, however, it's still a solid, fit for purpose tool.
Approx 25 1/4" long.
I suppose you could still fit a Fork or Spade head to it if you wanted a small one.
Please study the images, as they also form part of the description & please do your own research.
Can post at extra cost. Postage includes being signed for.
