Car Tuning Kit, meters, dial etc

Another delight from the Old Boy's shed, this is a car tuning kit that looks to have never been out of its case yet alone used. I'm not a car focused individual so cannot tell you exactly what its for other than tuning, timing and other car like things. I'd imagine this is some years old as my Old Boy stopped doing classic cars in the 90s. Everything is as new condition, has its instructions still in the case. Hopefully of some use to a car person.
