2007 Cosalt Studio Extra (12x38) two bedroom static holiday caravan for sale on Thirkleby Hall caravan park, located in the grounds of an old stately home, near Thirsk.
The park is very spacious and picturesque, and makes an ideal base for exploring the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside. Facilities include a fishing lake, football field, playground, woodland and a small friendly club.
Caravans can be used for holidays between 1st March and 3rd January, there is no caravan age limit rule, and the 2023 annual rent is only £3,090.
This caravan has double glazing and central heating, and has also been fitted with a wood burning stove. There is an additional w/c ensuite to the main bedroom.
It is sited on a private pitch surrounded by trees on the park boundary, at the edge of ancient woodland. We are in the process of renovating the pitch, and it will look much better shortly.
