Marklin Brothers static steam model flywheel and piston

Marklin Brothers early static steam model;
flywheel and piston.
If you turn the spindle on the side of the flywheel the piston arms work freely, but I have never "fired it up".
I believe this to be a 1920's-1930's model.
This measures 15cm x 6 1/2 cm.

Flywheel measures:
Diameter: 6cm
Width: 1.2cm
