Allows you to play any region DVD on your UK PS2 with no physical modifications.
(You need to use RGB scart input into your TV for region changes to work in colour).
I have merged 2 versions together here so you will see that although the case says that no memory card (key) is required, there IS one in the case. This will therefore work on any PS2 version.
(The early memory card version was a blister pack).
