Advert Description

This lovely dress is an original dress by the Lightening Steam Dress Company back in the day!
Pretty rose-bud design in what appears to be brushed cotton.
The skirt is floor length and full, the top is rushed (elasticated) under the bust leaving a gap between the bustline and the waist, sleeves are rushed at the wrist and it has a 'peter pan' collared neckline. Size 10 and in perfect condition.
