Bath - BA1, BA2, BA15 areas or BS30 BS31 areas of Bristol as near as possible to BA1 (Weston Park, Bath area).
I need a spacious living room and dining room combined big enough to accomodate my dining suite, lounge suite and office suite.
Large kitchen which can accomodate a washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 tall freestanding fridge freezers.
Prefer a kitchen which is NOT integral in the living room or dining room area is vital.
Fitted wardrobes would be good and plenty of storage space, like an integral garage which is dry and not damp.
I do not want a house on metered water - must be quarterly billed.
I need a house with normal landline phones.
Must be in quiet location with quiet neighbours as I work from home on the phone 7 days per week for 18 hours per day and could lose my job if there is any background noise.
Off road parking is important.
A home with decent local and close by shops would be good too.
I can pay 6 months advance rent.
I will consider rent of up to around £900/£1,000 per calendar month. I will also rent with a view to buying the house.
I am a quiet clean living single professional female with no pets. It will be just me to occupy the property.
