This framed print features two majestic stags, with full antlers, one standing with head held high, the other a head portrait, with the facial details beautifully captured. The third image is a delicate portrait of a doe with her baby nestled beside her, a lovely image of motherhood. All the images are painted in the soft watercolour style of Hannah Dale, finished with her trademark paint speckling.
The frame is made from wood and coated in a subtle distressed cream coloured paint, adding a contemporary touch to the piece. The images are mounted in bevelled card and protected by glass, with hanging hooks on the reverse, which is also sealed with tape to prevent moisture from damaging the prints. An information sheet about Hannah Dale and her designs is glued to the back of the frame.
