Paillard Bolex Lite Hand Held Or Camera Mounted Tungsten Studio Light.
Bolex Lite was produced by Bolex in the 1960’s and is able be mounted on a tripod or attached to a camera and was revolutionary when it was introduced.
The Bolex Lite is simplicity itself just plug into the nearest power point and switch on.
It can be operated without worry or fear of blown fuses. The light is sharply beamed but illuminates a space large enough for use with a wide angle lens. It can be mounted on the camera by means of a shoe to form one unit.
An important advantage is the light output remains completely constant for the whole life of the lamp.
The reflector of the Bolex Lite is fully swiveling so that, for certain shots, soft lighting can be achieved through indirect or bounce technique.
The case fastener is cracked, happy to supply more photos.
Main supply 240 volts for a AC - up to 800w bulbs can be used.
Complete in original travel case - the closing mechanism is damaged.

These vintage lights are both in good working condition with no damage and fully working. Both bulbs will be packaged separately, the Paillard Bolex bulb is new but the plastic casing got slightly damaged when I was putting it in to test it, has not affected its function at all :D
I have also included some miscellaneous associated items.
A couple of unused film stock for Bolex camera: Zehra and Zonal, and an empty reel.
Some tapes etc.
Vintage Gepe slides in original box.
