12 man tent never used as new condition

Here I'm selling my 12 man tent this has 3 sleeping pods inside and a very large sitting area enough room to put a table and chairs.
This tent has never been used only put up to see how it went up and even a novices like us put it up with the instructions (which come with it)
The photo is a library photo as unable to put it up now due to weather but it's as it was when brought cones with ground sheet and poles and pegs lots of guide rope and a lovely tent for families or if you want to camp with all your mates sleeps 4 in each

Only selling as I'm on my own now children all grown up so never got to use it.
