2010 Carnaby Melrose (12x34) two bedroom static holiday caravan for sale on Thirkleby Hall caravan park, located in the grounds of an old stately home, near Thirsk.

The park is very picturesque and spacious, and makes an ideal base for enjoying the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside. Facilities include a fishing lake, football field, playground, woodland and laundry.

Caravans can be used between 1st March and 3rd January, there is no caravan age limit rule, and the 2023 annual rent is only £3,090.

This caravan is fitted with double glazing and gas central heating. It is sited on a nice open pitch. We have just removed an old deck, and are in the process of repairing the pitch, and will have it looking nice shortly.
