Costs:
We can provide an initial consultation at a fixed cost.
We generally charge on a time basis but in limited circumstances may be willing to consider a ‘no win no fee’ arrangement depending on the merits of the individual case.
Settlement agreements usually include a cost contribution from the employer which covers a significant part or all the costs of signing off the agreement.
Charge rates and costs can be discussed in detail at the initial meeting.
