Brand new Swift Burgundy (12x36) two bedroom static holiday caravan for sale on Tollerton, a small and friendly caravan park located in beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, near York.
The park has a small fishing lake, large recreation field, children's playground, laundry and the newly renovated Station Inn pub is located by the park entrance.
Caravans can be used for holidays between 1st March and 3rd January, there is no caravan age limit rule, and the 2024 park rent is only £2,760 per year.
The caravan has two bedrooms, and is fitted with double glazing and central heating. The lounge is comfortable and bright, with double opening french doors, and you would be able to add a deck using one of our recommended deck suppliers. It has an integrated fridge/freezer, and there is an additional w/c ensuite to the main bedroom. It is pictured on the showground, and will be sited on a proper pitch shortly.
Please note that the inside pictures have been borrowed from the caravan manufacturer's web site and contain some small dressing items that are not included in the caravan. All the big items, except for the TV, are included.
