Some people who were lucky enough to attend U.K pre-release screenings for each original trilogy instalments were able to receive a simple program or "credit sheets" with the respective film's logo donning the front of a foldout with complete cast and production credit listings inside. This was the late 70’s early 80’s when people had no idea that these programs, would one day be collectable. So most people discarded them.
I attended a screening with our at that time, 6 year old son. He was the only child in the theatre. He saw Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher).
When leaving the theatre my good friend who was head of publicity, Colin Hankins Introduced our son to the huge line of white Stormtroopers who were in the foyer.
They gave him a toy light sabre along with some other items.
That is the reason we kept our program for the memories of that night for our son.
Condition
Overall it’s in very good condition. There is a very small crease at the top right of the front page On the back page there is some very light age marks and miniature wear on the edges
