This equipment can replace most of the machines in a gym. Why have an expensive gym membership when you could excercise at home. Total gym uses your body weight and a moveable post to increase or decrease resistance. You can excercise all parts of the body, arms, legs core etc, and from easy to challenging . Comes with instruction booklet and excercise booklet. Folds flat when not in use. In good working order, and includes the leg pulley accessory kit.
