Sadly I am having to re-think life & put my lovely holiday home from home on the Isle of Sheppey up for sale.
I named it Mon Repos.
It is a BK Bluebird Calypso 2008 35' x 10' & the site fees are now paid for 2024. There is a brilliant indoor heated pool on site plus laundry. Shops of all sorts 5 minutes walk away.
The Blue Flag beaches are near by & the area caters for quiet reflective times & all the fun of the fair - arcades etc. There are more details on trulyspecial dot uk. I have successfully rented it out on Air bnb when not using it so it is completely fitted out for 6 guests.
Included in sale: furniture, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, fridge, bedding, household linen & towels [2 complete sets of each].

The site offers amusements, clubroom, restaurant, indoor heated swimming pool, playground, segway tours, pottery painting, crazy golf etc

I paid £27 k a year ago & £3 k on kitting it out - everything is new or antique
I let it on Airbnb when not using it - so earned £300 last week for 4 days
