Property wanted swap or buy with land

We are an Animal rescue Charity and we are looking to swap or buy a property with a small bit of adjoing land for our 3 small ponies.

Our dwelling is a 4 bedroom Bungalow or the upstairs could be a self contained one bedroom flat ideal for younger person who wants privacy which leaves 2 bedrooms downstairs.

We need more space for a cattery/kennels so wouldl like to move to obtain this.
