We have both gilts and boars, and please don't be put off by boars, if you only want a couple to keep for pork, as long as they don't get too old (we say over 8 months) then you won't notice any difference in flavour. We certainly haven't, and we have to keep mainly boars due to everyone wanting gilts.

If you want to reserve any, we usually ask for an address and CPH number so we can find you on the Pig Movement Portal, and a deposit of £15 per head.
