50' John White narrowboat. Built 2000, refitted 2015. 10-6-4 steel, hull blacked 4 coats and top repainted November 2021. Beta 4-cyl 36hp engine (generally acknowledged as the best inboard engine).
Reverse layout, fixed double at the front, head, lounge with convertible double, galley. Oil fired stove with separate fuel tank providing heat to three C/H radiators (bedroom, head and lounge) and hot water tank, which is also a calorifier.
Generous cruiser stern with seating and cushions. Front deck with water tank below and gas bottles in the bow.
The head has shower, vanity unit, Thetford canister WC and shelving. The galley has a Vanette calor gas cooker with four rings, grill and large oven. Good amount of worktops and cupboards. Space for a washing machine.
240v inverter and electronic readouts. Also wired for landline 240v. 4 top quality new batteries fitted in 2020, 1 starter and 3 domestic. 2 solar panels to keep the batteries topped up.
New exhaust system and new engine mounts fitted within the last 4 years. Engine regularly serviced.
The boat is in lovely condition inside and out.
