Sz16 NEW LOOK Green Circles Dress, Elbow Length Sleeves

Another of my 90s/Y2K vintage pieces.

Funky size 16 NEW LOOK green & fawn circles dress with elbow length sleeves. Can also be worn as a longline tunic over skinny jeans or leggings. Tie back.

Great vintage condition - not bobbled, no stains, just very soft now.

Pit to pit laid flat - un-stretched 20”, comfortably stretches to 24”.

Back length - 30”.
