Advert Description

Yokohama bantams
Rare breed, originally from exhibition stock.
The breed is generally very well tempered, non-aggressive and hardy. They've been kept in covered pens with no wild bird access.
The history of the exotic Yokohama breed is that it is of German origin with unusual colouring and very long tail-feathers. It was created in the 1880s, and derives from ornamental birds brought to Europe from Japan in the nineteenth century.
