A solid wheelbarrow dating back to about 1985/6, I think it came from B&Q Chester. The wheel has a solid tyre which is a bit weathered but still fairly good for it's age. The diameter is 11" (28cm). The handles are 17" (43cm). The height is roughly 21" (53.5cm). The main bit is 28" (71cm) x 23.1/2" (59.5cm) with a rear depth of 7" (18cm) and front slope 13" (33cm). All measurements are approximate. The frame work is metal and the main bit is also metal but with a galvanised look to it. Don't know what that is called. It was originally bought to move rubble from a chimney breast job in the house, it was then used to move soil from digging a large pond out a few years later. Not been used much since but it was housed in a very dry garage over the years. Having moved to somewhere with less outdoor storage facilities it has been relegated to being kept outside for the last couple of years. The green paintwork has also flaked off over the years. Cannot see it being used so looking for a new home for it. Good for building work or to do up as a garden ornament.
