Advert Description

A solid wheelbarrow dating back to approx. 1985/6, I think it came from B&Q Chester.
The wheel has a solid tyre which is a bit weathered but still good for it's age.
Of which the diameter is 11" (28cm).
The handles are 17" (43cm).
The barrow height is roughly 21" (53.5cm).
The dimensions of the barrow is 28" (71cm) x 23.1/2" (59.5cm) with a rear depth of 7" (18cm) and front slope 13" (33cm).
All measurements are approx.
The frame work is metal as is the barrow bit but which has a galvanised look.
It was bought to remove rubble from a blocked in and up chimney breast.
The only other time it was used was in the garden to move soil from digging out a pond.
Not been used much since.
It was kept in a dry garage for about 20 years then it was in storage for another couple of years then it has lived mainly outside for a few years for lack of space.
For all of that it is still very good for using.
The green paintwork on the frame has peeled off quite a lot and there is some rust which can be treated and repainted.
The rest is ok. It has been brushed and the worst dirt cleaned off
The handles have plastic grips.
Good building/gardening tool.
