the Voyager 97 has been used sporadically for watching badgers and although fairly ancient works just as well as when I purchased it.
It is contained within a strong , padded ABS case measuring

The scope measures just

and is constructed of metal (think steel)
and painted black.
It switches on when you bring it close to your
face and brightness and magnification can be adjusted.
IT MUST ONLY BE USED IN COMPLETE DARKNESS.
Has a tripod point and uses two x lithium 3 volt batteries.
