After viewing a pre-facelift ex-police car which I declined upon viewing, I traveled 2.5hrs to buy this car a couple of years ago, the previous owner had traded her in for a Panamera and he’d clearly looked after her.
Full service history with stamped service book and small folder of receipts, MOT until May.
Front drilled two-part discs and pads were replaced only a few years ago and are still in great condition.
Two keys and only three former keepers including me.
Minor faults - two minor car park dents/scratches (one on each front door), drivers seat height adjustment lever has detached (just needs reattaching).The wheels are in generally very good condition, two offside are fine, nearside front has one small graze and nearside rear a few small grazes.
Many people consider the Insignia mid-sized (around BMW 3 series or Mercedes C class) but in reality these are closer to a 5 series or E class. These VXRs were all made in Germany and the build quality shows, you won’t be disappointed when you see it.
Selling due to a change in family circumstances and considering a van but it’s a reluctant sale as I’ve really enjoyed my time with the car and the next owner will not be disappointed.
