The 1919 United Kingdom penny reverse shows Britannia seated facing right, wearing a helmet and holding a trident. Her other hand rests on a shield bearing combined heraldic crosses of UK members. The obverse features the bare head of King George V facing left, with the legend: 'GEORGIVS V DEI GRA:BRITT:OMN:REXFID:DEF:IND:IMP:'
