WW1 Small Brass Bruce Bairnsfather Cartoon Character

I am more than happy to receive an offer as I need to reduce my long term collection.

A Rare & Original WW1 Small Brass Bruce Bairnsfather cartoon character of "Old Bill' or "Ole Bill".

Made of solid brass in the Jewellers Quarter of Birmingham, to help to raise funds for the war effort.

In expected used condition for an item of this age & nature. Obviously it's small & quite crudely cast, but it is not modern or a reproduction, as the dark
patina still remains underneath where it hasn't been polished.

Please use my hand as a guide to just how small he is.
