This is a private sale from a pet, smoke and Covid free home.
I purchased this attractive piece of handmade studio art pottery from a craft fair in Twickenham in the 1980’s.
Although there is a maker’s mark on the base of this item I do not know who made it.
The subtle abstract design on the outside of this pot is very attractive and would look nice in either a modern or traditional setting.
This is a highly versatile piece.
It could be used for various purposes, including as a vase for flowers, as a drinking breaker, as a storage pot for pens, pencils, small paint brushes etc.
Alternatively it could simply be displayed given it is a decorative item.
The condition is excellent, with no chips or cracks or repairs.
