Table, with two chairs in the lounge. Kitchen has a gas oven, sink, cuboards, fridge, ect. If you wish to keep on site you will have to be approved by parkdean, Naze marine caravan park.

The site is well equipped with heated swimming pool and restaurant.
Large childrens play area.
10-15 minutes walk to town. Double glazing with gas central heating. The pitch is right near the sea wall, with lovely views. The beach it less then a few mintues walk away. Ready to use now. I have added some extra pictures of what you can see, right on the doorstep. Open to offers.
Naze Marine Caravan Park, (Parkdean, want the ground rent in full for the first year after that I believe you can pay monthly but please but check with them to confirm. Caravan it just having a deep clean this week. Open to reasonable offers.
